Dozens, if not hundreds of worlds were destroyed or damaged by what amounted to a industrial accident on a higher level of existence. Many people and places however, were saved at the last instant and hastily slammed together into a makeshift world held together with magic and hope. The director was assigned to keep the whole thing going and stole the idea of a RPG driven system as a placeholder set of natural laws. One he is constantly having to apply ad hoc fixes and updates on the fly. The main character and the church he worked at end up being one of the places from modern earth that got saved. I am offering 37 chapters of Tearmoon goodness plus Anne gets her own epilogue (and for the less discerning readers, I've added a Tearmoon fanart chapter at the end)! After much convincing, Abel has agreed to bring Mia for a formal visit to his home in Remno. He tries to explain to her that his apprehension is due to something much darker than a teenager's embarrassment over his parents. When they finally arrive, even Abel is not prepared for the Remno that his father has prepared for the Princess. Expect to find a bit of Tearmoon sweetness and humor, mixed in with some darker elements (much like the original story). I have attempted to explore the darker elements with a light touch without downplaying the seriousness of the issues being explored (hence, the disturbing content' warning).. Mia, Abel, Anne, the Emperor, and Ludwig are the usual suspects present in this story. A serious effort has been made to stay true to the personalities of the main characters and the general tone of the series but I have given myself free rein to have fun with characters that were undeveloped through the first 9 volumes of the series or create new characters that were needed to make this story work. Through the 9 original volumes, this story had no great conflicts with Tearmoon Empire continuity, but that has begun to change with volume 10 of the official series. I think that this is a very fun story that any Tearmoon fan can enjoy. (Yes, have posted this elsewhere. But I would like to share with as many fans as possible, so I am posting to new places. Also, I love inputespecially lavish praise!)

The mind is a fragile thing. One slip and the shattered pieces are so innumerable that reconstruction is impossible. One such Theodore Chatwood is unfortunately very familiar with that sentiment. From a young age, frequent visions of horrid, incomprehensible beings plagued his mind, and it only became worse with time. They speak in colors, whispering in ageless language... They wait in corners, watching intently. The world harbors much more than meets the blind eye. Do not fret, though. Simply take the syringe. Hold your breath. Close your eyes. It will all be finished soon... Cover by: Tentacles and Teeth
