　　There are a bunch of characters I probably didn`t do justice to in Book 4. Hopefully I can give some of them more time to shine in the edits, and maybe prune out or combine others.

　　Despite my best efforts, Undermind hasn`t been immune to the problem that plagues most long-running series: they get bogged down by the scale of their conflicts and their growing cast of characters as time goes on. I want the world-hopping aspect of this story to be a kind of counter to this. Although it`s sad to say goodbye to some of these characters (good riddance to others), it`s a relief to be able to press the reset button and narrow the focus in the next phase of the story. And there`s always a chance some of the characters we left behind (living or dead) could pop up again in unexpected places...If you encounter this story on Amazon, note that it`s taken without permission from the author.
